150 plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
100g sugar
100g butter
2 small eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla essence

Method
- Preheat oven to 170'C
- Grease and line a loaf tin
- Sift flour & baking powder
- Cream butter & sugar until light and creamy
- Add in the eggs gradually
- *you may add in some mango puree (if you have any) at this stage
- Fold in sifted flour
- Add mango yoghurt smoothes until the mixture has a soft dropping consistency
- Pour mixture into the tin and bake for 30mins
