The bread turns out really really soft with a light flaky crust top! :)
- Ingredients
- 225ml warm water (45 C)
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1tsp pandan extract
- 4 tbsp oil
- 400g bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Put water, sugar and yeast in the pan of the bread machine. Let the yeast dissolve and foam for 10 minutes.
- Add pandan extract and stir well.
- Then add oil, flour and salt.
- Select menu 1 (Basic menu), 1kg, heavy crust.

ReplyDeletetx.how long wud ur bread maker take if u use the menu basic? M using kenwood 450.it takes 3.15 hour....
ReplyDeleteI can't really remembered...but pretty much around 3hours plus too. The entire process includes mixing, kneading, proofing and baking.
